Neurodiversity Training
Improve your teams’ understanding of neurodiversity, learn how neurodiversity might show up for colleagues or clients and learn how to be inclusive in your work so that everyone can thrive.
Inclusive communication for frontline workers
Learn how to develop inclusive practice so that you can best support clients. Includes content on disability, mental health, neurodiversity and communication differences as well as dealing with challenging situations.
Inclusive Wellbeing and Resilience
Provide your colleagues with the skills to look after themselves and develop wellbeing and resilience. Many workplace wellbeing initiatives are not truly inclusive and consequently exclude disabled and neurodivergent colleagues. Our courses will help participants consider what will actually work for them so that it is easier to put into practice.
Training is also available for front line workers to learn strategies for supporting clients’ wellbeing and resilience.
Restorative Approaches
Restorative practitioner training, equipping trainees to work as facilitators repairing the harm in relationships in workplaces and schools, from dealing with single incidents of relationship breakdown or bullying to changing the whole culture of your organisation.
"Helen was a superb facilitator and kept the content interesting and paced it just right. She also had lots of patience as we were all keen to add our experiences! Each of the days seemed to go very quickly, mainly due to the interactive nature, helped by Helen's sense of humour and in-depth knowledge."
